Some baking video's I think you may find useful

Check back often, I will be posting my favorite, and most informative baking video's.

You can always add whatever toppings you like. Pizza is good no matter the occasion. So enjoy this video and get baking!

...interesting fact: The first pizzeria in North America was opened in 1905 by Gennaro Lombardi.

(don't forget to add 2 tbsp of yeast)
Bake at 400*F

I don't think there is anything with the versatility of bread. Bake it, fry it, dip it, toast it, whatever you like, it has numerous uses.

...interesting fact: Grown in Mesopotamia and Egypt, wheat was likely first merely chewed. Later it was discovered that it could be pulverized and made into a paste. Set over a fire, the paste hardened into a flat bread that kept for several days. It did not take much of a leap to discover leavened (raised) bread when yeast was accidentally introduced to the paste.

You just gotta LOVE these cookies!

...interesting fact: 14th century pies were very different from today's pie, as they didn't contain sugar and the pastry (coffins) generally were not meant to be eaten. The coffins were meant to be used as a container only. Sugar during the 14th century was available, but was very scarce and extremely expensive.
